Barbara Dehn, NP is dedicated to improving women's health with innovative guides that help women navigate some of the most important transitions in their lives. She has been a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner for over 17 years. She has worked in free clinics, hospitals, and private practice caring for women from 12 to 90.

Barbara currently works as a nurse practitioner at Women Physicians OB/GYN Medical Group in Mountain View where her patients rely on her to listen to their concerns and provide them with the most current information on a variety of topics including pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, menopause, and fertility.

Up until launching Blue Orchid Guides, Barbara was also an assistant clinical professor at San Jose State University. She began her career at Stanford University Hospital as a pediatric intensive care nurse. She earned a Masters degree in the Nurse Practitioner program from the University of California, San Francisco. She also volunteers in a free clinic each month, where she utilizes her Spanish speaking skills with her patients. Barbara makes her home in Silicon Valley with husband and young son.
